1560-446 Compressor ZP42KSE-TFM-593 Scroll is the factory-fitted 3-phase Scroll compressor (ZP42KSE-TFM-593) for Classic Series and ESP Plus residential and commercial split ducted systems, compressing R410A refrigerant to drive the system's heating and cooling cycle at the heart of the outdoor unit. A failed compressor causes complete system shutdown -- neither cooling nor heating is available until a replacement compressor is installed. When replacing this compressor, ActronAir recommends also replacing the compressor contactor (2015-038B) -- both components are equally stressed during the fault event that caused compressor failure. Isolate power and recover all refrigerant before replacement -- compressor replacement must be performed by an ARCtick-licensed refrigeration technician.
