About ActronAir Zoning
Zoning lets you heat or cool only the rooms you're using — improving comfort and reducing running costs. An ActronAir zoning system is made up of several matched parts: zone controllers (across platforms such as NEO, QUE, and M-Series), damper or “barrel” assemblies in sizes from 8″ to 16″ that open and close the ducts, zone motors that drive them, indoor zone modules (including INZONE, QUE, and VAV Ultima), zone sensors, and the data cabling that connects it all. Crucially, these parts are specific to the control platform — a QUE component is not interchangeable with a NEO or M-Series one, and even the zone cabling differs between platforms (for example, QUE and Ultima use specific cables).

Zoning parts are matched to your specific control platform (NEO, QUE, M-Series and others), and mixing platforms doesn't work — this is one of the easiest areas to order the wrong part.
