A capacitor that reads in tolerance on a static test but has degraded dissipation factor will cause the motor to run warm and eventually trigger thermal overload -- replace the capacitor if the indoor fan motor is showing elevated temperature during operation. Isolate power at mains before replacing any capacitor components.
