ActronAir Fan Speed Capacitor P2/S2 3uF 450V is a single-phase run capacitor for outdoor 400mm fan motors requiring 3uF, e.g. 2505-110, 2505-149 on ActronAir residential and commercial split ducted systems. This capacitor is rated at 3uF (+/-5%) at 450V in the 30x55mm M8 Stud format -- a degraded run capacitor is the most common cause of AC fan motor failure, causing the motor to run on the start winding and overheat before burning out. Always replace the run capacitor whenever an AC fan motor is replaced. Isolate power at mains before replacing any capacitor components.
