The Drainage Parts

Drain pan (tray) — catches condensation from the indoor coil.
Drain hose / line — carries the water away by gravity.
Condensate pump — where water can’t drain by gravity, a pump lifts it to a drain point. A failed pump is a common cause of leaks.
