Who runs the Actron Spare Parts website? Actron Spare Parts is the largest online range of Actron Air air conditioning spare parts and units, owned and operated by National AC Parts. Nation AC Parts is South East Queenslands Actron Air Dealer and assists Actron Air with their non-account holders needing air conditioning spare parts and units.

How long has Actron Air been in business? ActronAir has been in business for over 40 years. Its journey began in 1984 as Garry Mundy's passion project, building air conditioners from his garage for friends, and has since grown into one of Australia's premier air conditioning manufacturers.

Where are Actron Air units manufactured? Proudly designed and manufactured in Australia since 1984, ActronAir manufactures a wide range of their domestic, commercial, and control products at their Marsden Park Headquarters in Sydney.

Where are Actron Spare Parts located? Our head office is located at U2 237 Brisbane Road, Biggera Waters, Qld 4216. From there, we provide nationwide delivery, supplying genuine Actron Air spare parts and units to customers across all of Australia.

Who are Actron Air? ActronAir is an Australian, family-owned and operated business, founded by Garry Mundy in 1984. Today, it's led by Director Robert Mundy and Manufacturing Manager Aaron Mundy, overseeing a team of over 300 employees across Australia.

Why should I choose Actron Air air conditioning units? Actron Air units are engineered in Australia to handle our country's unique climate. Designed to be both reliable and durable, they can operate in temperatures from a freezing -12°C all the way up to a scorching 57°C. They're also built to be extra resilient to corrosion from environmental factors. What's more, Actron Air is known to keep spare parts available for 2-3 times longer than their competitors, ensuring long-term support for your system. Do you sell genuine Actron Air spare parts? Yes. All parts sold by Actron Spare Parts are genuine Actron Air spare parts. No generic or refurbished products are sold.

How do I know the correct Actron Air spare part I need? We can assist you with the part details. All we need is the model number and the name of the parts needed. We always insist on obtaining advice from a local qualified technician to diagnose and repair your air conditioning system for your safety and to ensure no further damage to your air conditioning unit.

How do I know if the spare part is compatible with my air conditioning unit? We have access to the Actron Air parts list for their air conditioning units. With your model number we will be able to correctly identify the right air conditioning spare part for your Actron Air unit.

Do Actron Air units come with WiFi or Smart Home connectivity? Most models of Actron Air conditioning systems have WiFi connectivity controllers for smart home or smart phone use - but some don't. If this is an important feature please let us know and we will discuss the options for an upgraded controller or the optimal Actron Air air conditioning system for your needs.

What types of air conditioning systems does Actron Air offer? Actron Air has a comprehensive range of residential and commercial air conditioning systems to suit various needs. The most common types are; - Advance and Aires ducted - Aspire low profile - Serene wall split - Cascade cassette - MultiElite multi-head, and - commercial package

Are Actron Air spare parts available internationally? Yes, Actron Air spare parts are availble where Actron Air units have been installed. Contact us with your model details and requirements and we can assist you with your spare part needs.

How will I receive my spare part quote? Quotes are emailed to the email address provided in your enquiry.

What if I want to change a spare part on my quote? That's okay. Just contact us with your changes and we will update your quote and resend it to you.

How do I accept my spare part quote? Simply click on the link on the spare part quote emailed to you or email us your purchase order.

Where do I find the air conditioner unit plate details? The air conditioner unit plate is located on every indoor and outdoor model, usually on the side of the unit.

Why do you need a photo of the air conditioning unit plate? The air conditioner unit plate provides all the information we need to ensure that you are quoted the correct parts for your unit.

Do prices included GST? All spare part and freight prices quoted include GST and are displayed on your invoice.

How fast can I get Actron Air spare parts delivered? All items in stock with us are shipped daily using Overnight Australia Post Express or Team Global Express. However, depending on your location and availability, shipping can take 3- 5 business days from dispatch.

Do you deliver anywhere in Australia? We deliver anywhere in Australia where Australia Post delivers. However, we cannot guarantee deliveries to PO Boxes due to the size of some air conditioning spare parts.

Who ships my order? We stock and ship the commonly replaced Actron Air spare parts in stock from our warehouse on the Gold Coast. All other parts will be shipped directly from the Manufacturer.

My order has not arrived. What should I do? Your order can be tracked via the tracking number if the manufacturer has provided one. If you do not have a tracking number, please contact our team and we will work with you and Actron Air to locate your order.

Can I collect my order? Anyone can collect directly from our Gold Coast warehouse. Collection from Actron Air warehouses is exclusively available to ARC licensed technicians before 2pm - with 24hr advance notice.

Who do you ship with? We choose to ship with Australia Post Express and Team Global Express. Between both companies we have found to have the fasted metro shipping deliveries and the reliable rural deliveries. When we ask Actron Air to ship the order direct, they will use their choice of 3rd party couriers.

What if I am not home when the order arrives? That's okay, we will always inform Australia Post Express and Team Global Express of an Authority to Leave (ATL) unless you specifically request not to. This means your order will be left in a safe place until you return.

Can you hold my order until I return from holidays? Of course! We understand sometimes some parts are in low supply and you may want to grab them straight away, but if you or your technician is away, we can hold your order until your return and once you tell us so - we will ship your order.

How long is the warranty on Actron Air air conditioning units? Actron Air offers a 5 year warranty (parts & labour) on Residential Products.

How long is the warranty on Actron Air spare parts? Actron Air spare parts come with a 12-month Manufacturer’s Warranty. Please refer to our Warranty and Returns Policy for further information

Do I need to register my Actron Air unit for warranty? You should always register your air conditioning purchases with Actron Air to safeguard possible warranty details. National AC Parts will also keep your details on file. In the event there is a warranty issues please call us immediately and we will always help to resolve the matter with priority.

How long does the warranty process take? It depends if it is a unit or spare part warranty matter. We will aim to resolve the unit warranty matter with your qualified technician within a week of identifying the issue. Spare parts need to be assessed by the manufacturer, which can take up to 30 business days.

Is there anything that can void my warranty? Yes. Incorrect use of the item or not having the spare part installed by a qualified technician will void your warranty. The manufacturer reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility.

What if my item is damaged or faulty? Items damaged on arrival will be replaced or refunded. Faulty items will be assessed by the manufacturer and if deemed faulty a replacement will be provided.

What is the Actron Spare Parts Return Policy? To summarise; - PCBs cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer. - Unopened items ordered in error will incur a 20% Restocking Fee. - Please refer to our Warranty and Returns Policy for further information.

How do I initiate a return? Contact the Actron Spare Parts team with your order number and we will provide you instructions for the return.

Will I receive a full refund? If you return the order unopened because you no longer need it or you purchased it in error, there will be a 20% restocking fee taken from your refund or credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Are there any items that cannot be returned? PCBs cannot be returned unless they are deemed faulty by the manufacturer.

What if I received the wrong item? If the part supplied is different from that specified on the purchase order, let us know and we will have the correct item shipped to you ASAP. We may ask for you to return the incorrect part with a supplied return post bag - we kindly ask to drop the item in the bag and take it to your local Australia Post Office for it to be returned.

Can I cancel an order? You can cancel your order with a full refund anytime before the item has been dispatched. If you need to cancel your order after the item has been dispatched a 20% re-stocking fee may apply. Please refer to our Warranty and Returns Policy for further information

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it? Of course! That is with the exception of PCBs. Any difference in price will either be paid or refunded to you.
