How to Find Your ActronAir Parts by Model
Our Find Your Parts tool lets you enter your ActronAir model number and see the genuine ActronAir spare parts that suit it — a model-to-parts lookup that, other than ActronAir itself, no other supplier provides. This short guide explains where to find your model number, how the tool works, and why matching parts to your exact model matters.

Where to Find Your Model Number
Every ActronAir system carries a compliance plate — a silver or white plate showing the model number and serial number. It’s usually found:
-
On the outdoor unit — on the side of the unit. Usually by the access panel
-
On the indoor unit — on the side of a ducted fan coil, or on the side of the fascia of a wall-split cover (sometimes on the underside of the cover).
-
On the original paperwork — the installation or commissioning sheet, if you have it.
You will need both the model number and the version (some models have several versions or series, and the right part can differ between them). If you can’t read the plate or aren’t sure which number is the model, take a photo and send it to us — we’ll identify it.
How the Tool Works
The tool works in three simple steps:
-
Enter your model — type your ActronAir model number.
-
Choose your version — select the version or series that matches your unit.
-
Filter by part type — narrow the results to the category you need, using the same part types as our menu: Filters, Capacitors, Circuit Breakers, Contactors, Drainage, Sensors & Switches, Controllers, Indoor Fans, Outdoor Fans, PCBs, Compressors, Valves & Coils, and Zoning, ore view all part..
The results show the genuine ActronAir parts associated with that model. Where applicable, that includes the controllers that suit the model and related companion items — detail that most parts listings don’t bring together in one place. Not every part shown is necessarily stocked online, so if you can’t see a buy option, contact us and we’ll sort it.
Why Working From Your Model Matters
ActronAir parts are matched precisely to each model. A part that looks similar isn’t always the right one — differences in refrigerant, capacity, control platform, phase, or a part’s revision can all mean a near-identical-looking component won’t fit or won’t perform. Starting from your model number is the most reliable way to narrow down to genuine parts that actually suit your system, and it avoids the time and cost of ordering the wrong thing.
It’s also simply easier. Our store search doesn’t support model numbers, so this tool is the most direct way to go from “I know my model” to “here are the parts that suit it.”
What Makes This Different
Most parts suppliers ask you to search by part name or number and hope you already know what you need. Working back from your model — and seeing the controllers and companion items that go with it where available — is something only ActronAir themselves otherwise offer. As ActronAir spare parts specialists, we’ve built this from genuine, verified model and parts data so you can identify the right part with confidence.

If You Can’t Find Your Model
Our parts database is always growing, and some older or less common models may not be listed yet. If yours isn’t there — or you’re unsure which model or version you have — don’t guess. Send us a photo of your compliance plate and we’ll identify the right genuine ActronAir part for you. Call 1300 904 554 or email actron@nationalacparts.com.au.
Once You’ve Found Your Part
If you’d like to understand what a part does or the signs it may be failing, our part guides explain each component in plain English — for example ActronAir won’t turn on, the SS9R10 / SS9B soft starter replacement, and genuine vs generic parts and lifespan.
